About Me

Here is a little bit of background on me.

From an early age I knew I wanted to do massage, I loved figuring out what makes the body move and hurt. I decided to first get a BA degree in Business Administration from Chadron State College in the north west corner of Nebraska and graduated in 2001. Then I moved to Omaha, Nebraska to go on to massage therapy school.

In April of 2002 I started at Omaha School of Massage Therapy for a jam packed 9 months. In early January of 2003 I graduated from the 1000 hour course.

I passed my national boards from NCBTMB in May of 2003 and began practicing massage in Omaha, Nebraska at Midlands Massage Therapy under my maiden name of Krivohlavek.  A year later I got the opportunity to work within Omaha Sports Physical Therapy and after 7 wonderful years there I moved into a clinic with two close friends and changed to my married name of Taylor.

In 2021 I moved with my family near Wilber, Nebraska and started working at Rose Refinery spa and boutique in Wilber.

As for my approach to massage therapy, I use Swedish massage techniques and incorporate deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and other techniques I have picked up over the years.

I also am a representative for a health product called Juice Plus+ which is a whole food based product to help you bridge the gap between how many servings you eat and how many you should eat to reach the 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. When you start getting more fruits and vegetables consistently everyday your body starts to work better and become stronger. Many people don't realize how much food and pain are related. You can check out that website at www.missy.juiceplus.com  and you can contact me if you would like more information on that product.

Thanks!
